About Me

Prin. Dr. Rajkumar M. Kolhe's journey from an ordinary middle-class family to a top-ranking educationist is a testament to his determination and hard work. Despite facing family woes and health challenges, he rose above adversity. Prin. Dr. Rajkumar M. Kolhe is Founder President of Jahnvis Multi Foundation's Vande Mataram Degree College, Jana Gana Mana School, (CBSE) and Jana Gana Mana Vidyamandir and Jr college (State Board) Dombivli West and Jana Gana Mana Convent School Dawasa for Rural area of Nagpur district for poor and underprivileged children.

Educational Prowess: Prin. Dr. Kolhe's academic repertoire is extensive, featuring a Ph.D., NET, B.Ed., M.A. in English Literature, Hindi Literature, and History, along with an M.B.A. and a D.Litt. This rich educational background forms the bedrock of his multifaceted career. His early struggles did not deter Prin. Dr. Kolhe, who, after completing his 12 th through distance learning, started lecturing at a night college. The experience ignited a passion for teaching, leading him to believe that "Education is the key which is going to unlock the door to greatness." This philosophy became the driving force behind his life's mission.

Entrepreneurship and Societal Impact: In 2002, driven by a desire to contribute to society, Prin. Dr. Kolhe founded JAHNVIS MULTI FOUNDATION, emphasising vocational, technical, and educational support for lower and backward classes. Simultaneously working as a lecturer, a life member of the Script Writer Association and Film producer Association Mumbai, he achieved financial stability while making a significant impact on education and society. Despite facing challenges, Prin. Dr. Kolhe's determination led him to establish Jan Gan Man English Secondary School and Vande Mataram Degree College of Arts Commerce & Science (CS & IT) in Dombivali. Through sheer perseverance and faith in God, he overcame obstacles, mortgaging his property to build his dream project.

Socio-Cultural and Spiritual Contributions: Prin. Dr. Kolhe's influence extends beyond education, with notable achievements in socio- cultural and spiritual realms. He is a member of the Education Wing at the World Spiritual University, a member of the Film Writers Association in Mumbai, and a prolific author with published novels, articles, and poems. His endeavours include organising national-level conferences on youth empowerment, NGO participation in social transformation, and recognising rural eminent personalities through awards. Conducting workshops and seminars on memory power management, stress management, and leadership programs, he has made a lasting impact on society. Additionally, he conducted over 200 webinars during the lockdown, benefiting thousands in the process. Prin. Dr. Rajkumar M. Founder President of JAHNVIS MULTI FOUNDATION was born in Nagpur in a small village Dawasa which is located in Narkhed Tehsil of Nagpur district in Maharashtra, India.

Born in an ordinary middle-class family in Maharashtra, with his determination and hard work, rose to one of the top-ranking educationists.

The enigmatic visionary behind this institution, hardly got his early education properly due to his family woes and due to this deteriorating health. Being the elder sibling in his family, after passing 12th through distance learning, he started taking lectures at a night college which slowly inspired him to take up teaching as a profession. His vision that

“Education is the key which is going to unlock the door to greatness”

proved to be the turning point of his life. He possessed an analytical mind, an infinite capacity for work, and a knack for human relations which got the better of him when he published his first book named “Bardasht” during his 10th standard which was a novel script with movie songs.

After that, he came in touch with Brahmakumaris World Spiritual Organization, and as he was fond of Vivekananda, he was deeply inclined to meditation and spiritual aspects.

In due course, he completed his graduation, and immediately he got his first full-time job at Tumsar. Eventually, he planned to get married to his present wife Prerana and came to Mumbai in the year 96 – 97. Working as a lecturer in KB college Kopri, Thane East

But in a quest to do something for society, in 2002, he established a trust, JAHNVIS MULTI FOUNDATION on his daughter’s name mainly emphasizing vocational, technical, and education for lower and backward classes. While working as a Principal at Sanghvi, he hired a place near Dombivali & managed to open Jan Gan Man English Secondary School in 2008 and within 2010, he also established full-fledged Vande Mataram Degree College of Arts Commerce & Science (CS & IT) in Dombivali.

Later, he took a loan and by mortgaging his small property, he conquered to build his dream project. Utterly through his keen determination and his faith in God, he held on to his dreams and converted them into reality. His relentless work drove him to success.

As the popular Chinese proverb states, "If you are planning for a year, sow rice, if you are planning for a decade, plant trees, if you are planning for a lifetime, educate people.“ Dr. Rajkumar M. Kolhe is one of the trends setting far-setting leaders of our Indian Education community who with his profound qualities of enthusiasm, perseverance, vision, and live networking created a springboard for many aspirants to mold their careers.

Not only this, his contributions to education are memorable because he firmly believed, “The role of an educator is to bring out the best in every individual and that of an educational institution to provide the best facilities and the right ambiance."

JMF has an amazing staff strength and has a scintillating alumnus of over 10,000 students. His penchant to motivate young souls and his indomitable spirit always rose to the occasion and facilitated him to lead from the front. He organized and conducted more than 100 webinars and Facilitated 117 Webinars during the lockdown period on various topics.

He had Delivered hundreds of talks on Memory Power Management, Art of Valuable Life, Time Management, Self-Management, etc. to boost the physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual immunity of students, teachers, parents and his staff. We have explored Singapore too while in Return Journey. We have organized The Replica of G20 and constructed one more creations of Vastu I.e. Jmf Mandapam.
